At Shamz, Shammy wants every order to be exactly what you hoped for. If something goes wrong, it gets fixed. No drama.

To submit a refund or exchange request, DM @shamz.shop on Instagram or fill out the form at the bottom of this page, after reading the eligibility conditions below.

Eligibility Conditions

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be in its original unused condition.

Each order is allowed one post-purchase action only, either an exchange, a refund, or both at once.

Used towels are not eligible for any refund or exchange under any circumstances. Once the towel has been used on your body, the case is closed. No exceptions.

Shamz is an online-only brand, all requests are handled digitally via Instagram DM or the contact form.

Accepted Reasons for Exchange or Refund

The following are valid grounds for an exchange or refund, provided the towel has not been used:

The product arrived with a physical defect. A tear, a hole, material damage, or a structural fault that was present upon arrival. Contact Shammy within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

Manufacturing defect discovered within 30 days. If a fault in the material appears within 30 days of receiving your order and the towel has not been used, Shammy will resolve it with a replacement or full refund.

The color or design did not meet expectations. Shammy stands behind the quality of every dye job. If the color or design delivered is significantly different from what was shown and selected at checkout, and the towel is unused, raise a claim with photos within 14 days. Shammy will review and resolve it fairly.

Wrong item received. If the size or design delivered is different from what you ordered, contact Shammy immediately. This gets fixed, no questions asked.

What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Used towels. Once the towel has been used, dried, or worn on your body, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This is non-negotiable and is a hygiene requirement under Egyptian consumer law.

Change of mind. The towel was made for you. If you simply changed your mind, that is not grounds for a return.

Minor natural variation in the dye. Every Shamz towel is hand tie-dyed individually. Slight variation in pattern, shade, and dye distribution is inherent to the process and is disclosed before purchase. This is not a defect. However, if the delivered product is significantly and clearly different from what was shown, see the accepted reasons above.

How to Raise a Claim

DM @shamz.shop on Instagram or use the contact form on the website. Include your order number and clear photos in your first message. Shammy reviews all claims within 2 business days and responds with a resolution.

Approved exchanges are fulfilled with a replacement towel produced and shipped at no additional cost. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except where the error was entirely Shammy's.

The Legal Bit

This policy is written in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its amendments. Shammy discloses the hand-dye variation process clearly before purchase. Used products cannot be returned on hygiene grounds. Your statutory rights in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect remain fully intact and are honored without exception.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

في شامز، شامي عايز كل أوردر يكون بالظبط زي ما توقعته. لو حصل أي غلطة، هيتصلح. من غير أي تعقيد.

لتقديم طلب استرجاع أو استبدال، تواصل عبر إنستغرام على @shamz.shop أو املأ النموذج في أسفل الصفحة، بعد قراءة الشروط أدناه.

الشروط اللازمة

يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الأوردر.

المنتج لازم يكون في حالته الأصلية, لم يُستخدم، لم يُغسل، لم يُجفف.

كل أوردر مسموح بطلب واحد فقط, إما استبدال، أو استرجاع، أو الاتنين مع بعض.

الفوط المستخدمة مش مقبولة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال تحت أي ظرف. بمجرد ما الفوطة اتستخدمت على جسمك، الموضوع خلص. مفيش استثناءات.

شامز أونلاين فقط, كل الطلبات بتتعالج عبر إنستغرام أو نموذج التواصل.

الأسباب المقبولة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

الحالات دي بتتقبل للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، بشرط إن الفوطة ما اتستخدمتش:

المنتج وصل بعيب مادي. تقطع، ثقب، تلف في المادة، أو خلل هيكلي موجود من وقت الاستلام. كلم شامي خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الأوردر مع صور ورقم الأوردر.

عيب تصنيعي اتكشف خلال 30 يوم. لو عيب في المادة ظهر خلال 30 يوم من استلام الأوردر والفوطة ما اتستخدمتش، شامي هيصلحها باستبدال أو استرجاع كامل.

اللون أو الديزاين ما لاقاش التوقعات. شامي واثق في جودة كل صبغة. لو اللون أو الديزاين اللي وصل مختلف بشكل واضح عن اللي اتعرض واتاختار وقت الشراء، والفوطة ما اتستخدمتش، ابعت بلاغ مع صور خلال 14 يوم. شامي هيراجع ويحل الموضوع بشكل عادل.

استلمت المنتج الغلط. لو المقاس أو الديزاين اللي وصل مختلف عن اللي طلبته، كلم شامي فوراً. ده بيتصلح من غير كلام.

إيه اللي ما ينفعش يترجع أو يتبدل

الفوط المستخدمة. بمجرد ما الفوطة اتستخدمت، اتجففت، أو اتلبست على جسمك، ما ينفعش ترجعها أو تبدلها تحت أي ظرف. ده مش قابل للنقاش وهو شرط نظافة بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري.

غيرت رأيك. الفوطة اتعملت ليك. لو بس غيرت رأيك، ده مش سبب كافي للاسترجاع.

اختلاف طبيعي بسيط في الصبغة. كل فوطة شامز بتتصبغ باليد بشكل فردي. اختلاف بسيط في الباترن، التدرج، وتوزيع الصبغة جزء طبيعي من العملية وبيتذكر قبل الشراء. ده مش عيب. بس لو المنتج اللي وصل مختلف بشكل واضح وكبير عن اللي اتعرض، شوف الأسباب المقبولة فوق.

إزاي تقدم بلاغ

راسل @shamz.shop على إنستغرام أو استخدم نموذج التواصل على الموقع. دايماً ابعت رقم الأوردر والصور في أول رسالة. شامي بيرد على كل الطلبات خلال يومين عمل ويجاوب بحل.

الاستبدالات المعتمدة بتتنفذ بفوطة بديلة بتتعمل وتتشحن من غير تكلفة إضافية. الاسترجاعات المعتمدة بترجع لنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد في كل الحالات. تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على العميل إلا لو الغلطة كانت من جهة شامي بالكامل.

الجانب القانوني

السياسة دي مكتوبة وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018 وتعديلاته. شامي بيوضح عملية الصبغة اليدوية وطبيعة الاختلاف بوضوح قبل الشراء. المنتجات المستخدمة ما بترجعش لأسباب النظافة. حقوقك القانونية في حالة وجود عيب تصنيعي حقيقي محفوظة بالكامل وبتتنفذ من غير استثناء.
